The Toro recycler, Kohler 149cc mower is about 2.5 years old. It has the dreaded no start condition. The engine fires up, then stalls. Toro service manual for this model and s/n does not appear to be available on line, but the parts viewer does cover it, so may be of help. To clean a carburetor on a push mower, you’ll have to do a visual inspection to see how dirty it is, and whether the connections are sticky. We recommend using a carburetor cleaner so that you don’t have to pull the piece out of the motor.
